With over three decades in executive HR leadership, I’ve always been passionate about helping people connect, grow, and thrive. Alongside that career, I built MCM Trivia — a breakout brand that transformed live and virtual trivia into smart, high-energy experiences for fundraisers, private events, and corporate teams.

As Executive Director, I lead the creative strategy across all four divisions: MCM Trivia, MCM Shift, MCM Align , MCM Voice.
